The second round of presidential election in Ukraine saw no systemic violations or falsifications, according to a mission of the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO).
"The election was held calmly and without mass violations, systemic breaches or the use of administrative resources," Head of the ENEMO Mission Taskyn Rakhimbek said at a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
According to her, the progress seen in the first round of the presidential election compared with the election of 2004 was seen during the second round as well.
She added that the atmosphere during the second round "was free from pressure and threats to participants in the process."
