This was voiced by governor of the Donetsk region Anatoliy Blyznyuk. According to him, the coal industry in the region has received funds from the state budget to pay salaries to miners and other needs of the industry.

During this month over UAH 430 million  has been received for mining new drifts and restructuring and  UAH 346 million on wages, Anatoliy Blyznyuk said. On August 29 coal industry workers celebrate the professional holiday- Day of Miner. Note: Makeevugol enterprise does not have any debts in wages. All the staff every month receives his salary in time.
