Three days ago, on January, 23 President of Ukraine's web page has published an information about state awards. President issued a Decree № 53/2010 "On conferring state awards".
It has the following information:
"For an outstanding personal contribution in a consolidation process of ukrainian society, building of democratic, social and judicial country on the occasion of Ukraine Sobornost' Day (Unity Day) I order to award  Tolchyn Stanislav Marksovich - Director General of "Makeevugol" enterprise, Donetsk region with the Medal of Merit of the Third Level".
