The Verkhovna Rada could approve the date for Viktor Yanukovych's inauguration as early as today. The date currently being floated is February 25. Meanwhile, runner up Yulia Tymoshenko is preparing to file a lawsuit in Ukraine's High Administrative Court today to overturn the results of the second round and revote. Tymoshenko continues to allege that about one million votes were fraudulent. Her bloc is seeking the audience of all the court's 55 judges and to televise the hearings.
