You don't have to travel long and far to look for treasures. Often they are very close and right before your eyes. Donbass Arena has treasures for all comers. You will need the smallest efforts to get them, but the result will exceed all your dare expectations.

Let's start our treasure hunt with the most remote approaches to the stadium, which is surrounded by an unrivalled park. Though only the outlines of this gardening masterpiece are in view, you can easily visualize the rest. Just imagine strolling among oaks, maples, birches, pines, elms, chestnut trees, lindens, cherry and other trees, which will blend with versatile shrubs and garden plants into a single natural site blooming (just think of it!) nine months a year. The total number of plants comes to around 77,000, while almost a half of them (35,000) are delicate roses.

Do you remember that Donetsk is a city of one million roses? Landscapes of Donbass Arena park will also match this hallmark of the city once known all over the USSR. It's of special value for Donetsk image in the view of preparations for EURO 2012.

To this end, the landscape area of the stadium is under arrangement. However, the planting will have been completed by the opening of the stadium.

Arena Park will certainly have numerous "cult" places, as the capacities of the stadium are really breathtaking. Now the landscaping design is being finished. If you go a bit down the park to Victoria Hotel (high white building with glass facade), you will see a very nice park with fountains, fish, small decorative bridges, children playing ground, green lawns with benches.It is a very quiet place in the heart of Donetsk.

Direction: Take a tram number 1 till the Bittechnika stop or trolleybus number 8 till the stop Komfort. Then go on the direction to the park.
