There are 25 rare old units of train cars in the museum. Oldest of them 1898 General Voroshilov's interior-car. The steam locomotive "b-2062" from 1929, is stored in a museum also known under a name "Cuckoo". It is a unique exhibit in the CIS.

In 2006 the exposition has replenished with machine "Amphibian" - during post-war time, such cross-country vehicles were used by the militarized protection of railway strategic objects.

More than 2000 exhibits are presented by documents, awards, types of clothes, the railway tool and the equipment, old photos and other collection materials. In the museum collection: the edition booklet from 1909, devoted to 25th anniversary of the Ekaterinian railway, uniform from 1936, Morze telephone sets, dofferent devices are stored. The exposition of museum is located in a former building of depot of Juzovo station.

Workers of a museum try to find and make restoration of old railway technics. Samples of steam locomotives of series FD, L, OV, TA were found and restored, AUG, EM, EY, the axial formula 0-2-0 samples of diesel locomotives of series TEZ, 2TE116, CHME5 and an electric locomotive of series VL8, a carload rolling stock are presented. The car which well-known military leaders General Brusilov and Voroshilov used finished its restoration.
